This bag is FILLED. If filled by ATILIM, we fill the punching bags with newly cut clean textiles to prevent mold and stench. Furthermore, each bag is filled carefully to ensure that no hard objects such as metal, iron and stones end up in the filling.

What size punching bag do I need?
As an adult both for kicks and punches 180 cm or 150 cm punching bags are ideal. The heavy bag should be hanged at an appropriate height both for low and high kicks. As the heavy bag is heavy, it won't swing around a lot while training.

For adults only for punching, a 120 cm heavy bag is suitable. This heavy bag is also heavy enough not to wing around. However, for strong hits, ATILIM HeavyBag Anchors are recommended.

For children up to 12 years, a 90 cm heavy bag is recommended.

Tips
Use ATILIM punching bag gloves or bandages while training on the punching bag.

Hang up a punching bag? Use a wall bracket or ceiling bracket. You can also get an ATILIM Heavy Bag Hanger Stripe. 

Hang up a child's punching bag? Use a wall support for this, mounting by means of a ceiling bracket is not suitable because the punching bag will hang much too high.
