Each section has a separate zipper at the back of the wall bag which allows easy filling. As it is easy to fill and unfill, it is more convenient to move the bags. With the metal rings at the top of the wall bags, it is very easy to hang on the wall.

If filled, WallBags are filled with newly cut clean textiles to prevent mold and stench. Furthermore, each bag is filled carefully to ensure that no hard objects such as metal, iron and stones end up in the filling. Unfilled Wall Bags can be filled with miscellaneous material such as beans, shredded clothes, gravel, rice, pellets, saw dust.

Both for kicks and punches 2 or 3 section wall bags are ideal. The wall bag should be hung on the wall in a proportional height to the athlete. If the bag will only be used for punching, 1 section wall bags may be more appropriate.
